The purpose of EODY is to provide services contributing to the protection and improvement of health and to increase the life expectancy of the population, strengthening the National Health System’s capacity, particularly public health services, to effectively deal with threats to the human health posed by infectious diseases, via timely detection, monitoring and evaluation of risks, reports and submission of scientifically supported recommendations and interventions.
It is the operational design and implementation center for preventive, operating and intervening actions to protect public health, with readiness of response to health emergencies, coordinating its operations with the needs of the country and the international organizations it partners with.

Need

The abolishment of KEELPNO, which was a Public Law Legal Entity and the creation of the new EODY organization as a Private Law Legal Entity has brought major changes to the processes in budget, actuarial statements and expenses, as its operation involves cash management.
The organization had used various applications to monitor its Warehouse, Accounting Department, Commitments Registry and Financial Services. This led to a lack of uniform information and integrated management of workflows and processes. Thus, it aimed to acquire a modern and uniform IT system, covering its special needs, constantly growing and easily and quickly deployed by users.
