Η EPSILONNET στο M.O.RE 2026: Διαμορφώνοντας το μέλλον του Retail με AI και ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις

The M.O.RE Summit brought together senior executives, businesses and international figures from the worlds of retail, technology and innovation, highlighting the trends and forces shaping the sector’s next chapter. Key topics included artificial intelligence, technology, logistics, last-mile delivery, the store of the future, emerging payment methods and enhanced customer experience.

Through its participation in the conference, EPSILONNET underlined its active role in shaping the future of business and retail. At a time when the sector is undergoing rapid transformation, the Group continues to invest in technologies that connect data, systems, people and operations, laying the foundations for a smarter, more agile and more efficient retail ecosystem.

In this context, EPSILON RETAIL, the specialist business unit of EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC, member of the EPSILONNET Group, focuses on the needs of the retail market. It delivers integrated software solutions and enterprise applications, backed by specialist teams with in-depth knowledge of the sector’s requirements and challenges. By deploying technology as a genuine driver of growth, turning data into strategic value and integrating critical business processes, EPSILON RETAIL helps create a more efficient retail ecosystem that delivers a superior experience for both businesses and end consumers.

As part of the conference, Achilleas Triantafyllidis, Retail Sales Director at EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC, delivered a presentation entitled “The Unified Retail Engine: From Supply Chain to In-Store Excellence”. He demonstrated how technology can bring together critical retail operations, from the supply chain, enterprise systems and e-commerce to the physical store, reporting and customer experience.

A central message was that the future of retail is no longer a distant prospect; it is already here. Technology, software and AI now enable retailers to make better use of their data, connect critical operations and build a more agile and efficient ecosystem capable of delivering an enhanced consumer experience.

At the same time, retailers must adapt to a new reality: consumers are increasingly using artificial intelligence tools to research the market, compare options and make purchasing decisions. Retail businesses must therefore be ready to “communicate” not only with the end consumer, but also with the AI agents that influence or support the customer journey.

During the presentation, a video introduced the new RetailStudio flex, EPSILON RETAIL’s specialist solution for today’s retail market. The video showed how sales, customer management, reporting, document processing, inventory and e-commerce can be connected within a single, flexible and efficient operating environment, supporting the day-to-day needs of the modern retailer.

EPSILONNET Group’s participation in M.O.RE 2026 reaffirms its long-term commitment to developing specialist solutions for the retail sector. Its key areas of focus include customer service systems, automation, e-invoicing, EDI and integrated ERP, WMS and business intelligence (BI) systems. In parallel, the Group is working to embed AI technologies across its information systems, ensuring that technology becomes a genuine engine for growth and enabling businesses and retail stores to evolve into enhanced, people-centred environments that deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience.
