Epsilon Net was ranked 2nd in the Best Workplace competition

For the fourth consecutive year, the internationally recognized Great Place to Work organization acclaimed Epsilon Net as “Best Workplace”. Epsilon Net was ranked second in the list of Companies with over 250 employees category and demonstrated its man-centered mentality once more.

Best Workplaces is the largest workplace survey with presence in more than 50 countries and was held in Greece for the 16th consecutive year. In particular, it is a survey, which evaluates all working conditions within the employee’s environment and promotes enterprises, which aim to promote the culture of an excellent work environment

Epsilon Net is a rapidly growing Group of Companies and is currently the largest IT company in Greece in terms of private sector projects. In recent years, it has doubled its workforce and currently employs more than 400 people. It is noteworthy that despite the rapid growth, the high level of company-employee relationships has strengthened as each employee’s dreams and aspirations are fully in line with the corporate vision.

In order to achieve this, Epsilon Net has implemented a series of actions with which it demonstrates to employees its recognition for their contribution to the success of the company.
