STAMOS S.A. – Zymi Stamos has been active in the production of frozen dough products since 1988, combining Greek tradition with modern industrial manufacturing.

Operating from privately owned 5,000 sq.m. facilities in the Volos Industrial Area, the company offers a broad product portfolio for both foodservice and retail, while also maintaining an established export presence. Quality, the use of Greek raw materials and the continuous development of its production capabilities remain central to its growth strategy.

Need

As the product portfolio expanded and production processes became more complex, STAMOS needed a unified and reliable information environment that could connect recipes, raw materials, batches, production and costing.

Solution
