SOS DOCTORS was looking for an integrated solution to replace separate applications used until recently, fully covering all operating needs of its departments, solely focusing on the best possible service and response to patient cases.
The platform needed to provide the coordinating center users with all necessary information, allowing an integrated management of medical cases, applying at the same time a multitude of special operating and commercial rules and routing to doctors, in order to provide services to patients. At the same time, a solution was required for doctors/drivers visiting patients, with a unified interface with instant updates and completion of tasks performed at each case. SOS DOCTORS paid special attention to the need to minimize case routing time to doctors, from the receipt of a patient request and the receipt of all personal and medical information to the assignment to the doctor in charge. In addition, there was an imperative need for easy monitoring of medical material consumption in cases and routing of stock replenishment requirements.
A special challenge was the modeling of all medical and commercial parameters differentiated per type of medical case and, even more so, their display on a practical and functional interface on the coordinating center users’ screens, and the screens of doctors in the field.
