Pilio Ice Cream – Peponopoulos S.A. is a third-generation Greek family business with a long-standing tradition in ice cream production, headquartered in Volos.

With a production facility located in the Volos Industrial Area and a distribution network covering almost all of Greece and Cyprus, Pilio Ice Cream has built a strong market presence while continuing to invest in quality, growth and the ongoing development of its production capabilities.

Need

As production volumes and the company’s product portfolio continued to grow, accurate and coordinated management of raw materials, batches, production processes and costs became increasingly critical.

The company needed a unified information environment that could connect production with warehouse operations, commercial processes and financial management, while reducing fragmented data entry and providing reliable real-time information.

Solution
