myshoe – N.I. MINOGLOU SA is active in ecommerce, imports and wholesale. In ecommerce, the company manages four e-shops, focusing primarily on the internationally awarded myshoe.gr. At the same time, it represents and distributes the known French company LaRedoute in Greece and Cyprus, via the successful laredoute.gr website and the established Samsonite company, on the Samsonite.gr website. It has also developed and manages the commercial activities of fashion brand Ancient Greek Sandals (AGS) and the respective e-shop, ancient-greek-sandals.com.

Need

The company’s main need was to manage orders from its four (4) e-shops. More specifically, automations, checks, communication with third-party systems and management of thousands of colorboards and sizing charts were the primary reasons why the company wished to upgrade its system and be able to serve a constantly increasing volume of orders on a daily basis. In addition, substantial information was required to provide an actual overview of the company course on a daily basis.

For its upgrade, myshoe N.I. MINOGLOU SA chose the Galaxy IT system and more specifically the ERP, Retail and CRM subsystems, wishing to cover all sectors of its business activity.
