Micrel Medical Devices SA has been active for over 30 years in the development, production and trade of advanced medication infusion systems for hospital use and home care.
The company is today present in over 30 countries all over the world, via subsidiaries and agents.

Need

The company has been utilizing various software solutions, not connected to each other, in order to manage some of its activities.
With a clear orientation to research and development of innovative solutions in its sector and a strong extroverted strategy, Micrel Medical Devices SA was looking for a modern ERP system, which would:
• utilize cutting edge technologies
• unify all procedures and activities
• effectively support the company’s tasks in Greece and abroad
• support its business plans, including development of new products and penetration to new foreign markets

Solution

In order to cover the above needs, Micrel Medical Devices SA chose Data Communication. In particular, the Microsoft Dynamics NAV – InnovEra solution was chosen, due to its various options and Greek best business practices integrated in the InnovEra functionality.
