Corali P.C. is a food-sector company based in Igoumenitsa, leveraging a strong wholesale network and active exports throughout the EU. The company operates 2,000 m² of warehouse space with modern packaging lines, supporting rising demand and the company’s growth trajectory.

Before implementing a modern ERP platform, the company relied on Excel and ad-hoc solutions, which limited automation and affected data accuracy and reliability.

Corali’s strategic goals include expanding exports, achieving full product traceability, effective cost control, and compliance with all regulatory obligations such as myDATA and Intrastat.

Need

Corali P.C. faced significant operational challenges that impacted both efficiency and growth. The use of fragmented, non-integrated systems led to duplicate entries and frequent errors, while packaging and product traceability processes (lots, expiry dates, FEFO) were executed without automation.

At the same time, intra-EU exports were handled manually, requiring complex and time-consuming checks in VIES, Intrastat, and VAT rules. In addition, there was a lack of targeted reports and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.

Finally, month-end closing was particularly slow, and bank reconciliations demanded substantial time and resources, burdening the company’s finance function.
