Need

A. PAPANDREOU & CO GENERAL PARTNERSHIP sought a modern and integrated solution that would help it upgrade the commercial application it was using and support it in further development of its activities. In particular, it needed a system which would do the following:
• Automate daily commodities invoicing and distribution.
• Automatically connect to its suppliers’ IT systems and generate statistical reports for improved information.
• Monitor its warehouses (logistics) maintained at its location on account of third parties.
• Ensure proper distribution of vulnerable products, performed via position batches in the warehouse, on the FIFO shelf, to prevent losses due to erroneous storage and distribution.
• Ensure the application of its very complex commercial and pricing policies in the entire range of the products it trades.
• Simplify and automate warehouse monitoring and offer the ability of remote ordering with full functionality of pricelists per customer and stock per warehouse, even for orders sent by merchandisers via a third party system, directly to the company’s computerized organization system.
• Ensure that the order would complete its cycle, from receipt to shipping to the end customer, in order to prevent errors, simplify the invoicing process and provide quicker service to end customers.
• Offer the option of xVan Sales for all its distributors.
