More than 5,500 participants attended the event live and were informed about practical applications of Artificial Intelligence
With exceptionally high participation and strong interest from the business and technology community, the Digital Forum of the EPSILONNET Group, titled «EPSILON AI: The Power Behind the New Digital Era», took place on December 3rd, 2025.
The event highlighted practical applications of Artificial Intelligence within business solutions that are dynamically evolving into platforms empowered by EPSILON AI.
More than 5,500 participants watched real-time examples, live demos, and case studies demonstrating how AI is already transforming the operation of ERP, CRM, HR, and specialized information solutions, offering tools for forecasting, analysis, and decision-making.
The event was opened by Vasiliki Anagnostou, Deputy CEO of EPSILONNET, who stated:

Next, Gianna Andronopoulou, General Manager of Microsoft Greece, Cyprus, Malta, presented global and local trends in Artificial Intelligence, the rapid increase in AI adoption, and the strategic Microsoft – EPSILONNET collaboration.
Similarly, Giorgos Marinos, Assistant General Manager Innovation & Digital Partnerships at the National Bank of Greece, discussed the applications of Artificial Intelligence in the banking sector and emphasized that cooperation with EPSILONNET accelerates the development and upgrade of digital services, offering more personalized and immediate customer service.
Subsequently, Vasilis Prassas, Labor Affairs Consultant and General Manager of EPSILON HR, and Andreas Grimpelas, General Manager of EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC, CTO & Board Member of the EPSILONNET Group, approached the topic of Artificial Intelligence from two equally crucial angles: the upgrade of HR and the technological transformation of business operations.
Vasilis Prassas highlighted how AI is changing HR operations through smarter tools for recruiting, development, and employee experience, presenting the new capabilities integrated into EPSILON HR solutions.
For his part, Andreas Grimpelas presented the evolution of AI globally and in Greece, analyzing how embedding AI into the core of EPSILONNET’s strategic planning leads to the creation of intelligent business platforms that understand processes, predict outcomes, and propose optimal actions.
The technological foundation of this strategy was presented by Konstantinos Chatzigeorgiou, AI & CRM Products Manager, EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC, and Stavros Kasidis, R&D Dept. Manager, EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC, who analyzed the use of advanced Microsoft technologies within the Group and delivered live presentations showcasing AI applications in real business scenarios in ERP and CRM environments.
