A complete and adaptable to user needs calendar to manage manually imported reservations. Along with the channel manager (optional), reservations are automatically imported from channels (e.g. Booking,com) and availability is updated in real time.

Mark one or more rooms in “maintenance” status. Classify statuses as “minor damage” or “out of order”, so that you can reduce room availability on channels, when using the channel manager.
View, print or export to PDF or Excel a large variety of reports created with feedback from hoteliga users. Reports on reservations, day arrivals & departures, balances and availability (allotment) of agencies, channel availability-prices-contracts (when the channel manager is used), collections, sales (with comparative data from previous seasons), customers, housekeeping and invoicing. Clear information, with charts or color codes as the case may be, for easier reading. Add reports to your “Favorites” for instant access to the information you need.
Constant monitoring and management of your cooperation with tourism agencies, either “conventional” (e.g. TUI) or On-Line Travel Agencies (OTAs), e.g. booking.com. Multiple contracts per agency with option of different pricelists, meals, taxes, cancellation and availability policy (allotment) for each contract separately. Automatic calculation of reservation prices and breakdown, according to the applicable contract with the agency. Agency transactions tabs with balances and option of adding transactions (charges/payments) in addition to the automatically imported ones. Display of channel contracts (e.g. Hotelbeds - when the channel manager is used), reservation flow monitoring per agency with regard to each contract allotment.
Fully adapted to the Greek language and also available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Turkish and Arabic. Option of different language per user. The hotelier or housekeeping manager can schedule all tasks (e.g. change of towels, bed sheets etc.) assigned automatically for each reservation, according to its duration or other criteria. The housekeeping personnel can work either based on a printed housekeeping schedule or with the use of a smartphone, providing real-time updates of the housekeeping status of rooms or apartments.

Room Plan is a different display of the rooms/apartments status in “floor plan” format, with views per group of rooms (e.g. Per building) and per floor. Views are available for a specific day, either in the past or in the future, and of course today's view can also be used. This is a very useful feature, particularly for larger establishments, where easy detection of a room and its status on a specific date can be difficult using just a calendar. Each room is displayed with its color codes and using the informational icons, users can easily receive information on the status of whole groups of rooms and redistribute, if needed, individuals among rooms or pick the best room for a walk-in customer. With animation in room search and drag and drop features to move individuals, management is easier than ever before.
In addition to interfaces with its own systems, hoteliga provides freedom of choice to its customers, with integrated interfaces with third party channel managers or the programming utilization of the hoteliga API. The purpose is to save time, with fewer manual actions and less points of contact: The establishment does not need to use different systems from various suppliers - all they need is the hoteliga platform.
