KALLAS INCORPORATION S.A. chooses Data Communication, member of the EPSILON NET Group, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for its digital transformation

Dynamic entry of Data Communication and Epsilon SingularLogic Integrator in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects in Greece!

Data Communication, member of the EPSILON NET Group and Epsilon SingularLogic Integrator, has undertaken the upgrade of digital infrastructure systems of KALLAS INCORPORATION S.A. by implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
KALLAS INCORPORATION S.A. has gained a leading position in importing and distributing raw materials and food ingredients. The company maintains five (5) branches in Greece and five (5) subsidiaries in Cyprus and the Balkans and modern facilities with temperature-controlled warehouses of over 40,000 sqm. Kallas Inc. is active in three main sectors: the Food Industry, providing raw materials for the production of food products, in Super Market chains with branded and private label products, as well as in Mass Catering, supplying high-quality products and raw materials to the Food Service Sector. Due to the complexity, the range of activities, but also the number of its subsidiaries and branches, KALLAS INCORPORATION S.A. was looking for a solution that would fully cover the need of its management, for unified monitoring of financial and commercial processes, both at Group level and in the individual management of its vertical needs at company level. At the same time, the company was looking for a strategic partner that would safely support its transition into the new digital era. Therefore, the company relied on the experienced and specialized team of Data Communication – Certified Partner of Microsoft and member of the largest Integrator in Greece- in the implementation of successful projects, based on the Dynamics 365 suite and in the particularities of the Greek market through the implementation of Localizations.
The project to be implemented is quite large and complex and will include:
  • Financial, accounting and commercial management, monitoring and process handling, supply chain management and procurement for all 5 of its companies
  • Comprehensive management for GAAP & IFRS, with the possibility of creating consolidated financial statements for the Group’s companies
  • Interface with ABERON WMS and REGATE SFA systems to interconnect with warehouses and send orders to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for invoicing
  • Interface with the payroll system to update Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with employee costs and the payroll ledger
  • Data migration at the level of accounting account balances, customers, suppliers, open invoices of customers – suppliers, fixed assets, depreciation and amortized value of fixed assets, securities
  • Unified monitoring of Chart of Accounts, Customers, Suppliers subsystem
