Support of up to 100% for small and medium-sized enterprises & freelancers, Application Submission from 23/06 to 11/07
The EPSILON NET Group, remaining faithful to its strategy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and freelancers in their digital transformation, is once again alongside its existing and potential clients through comprehensive informative actions for the second phase of the “Digital Transactions” Program.
The program “Digital Transactions Phase B”, with a total budget of €61,257,000, is being implemented as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU and provides grants to small and medium-sized enterprises and freelancers for the adoption of digital technologies that support, among other things:
• the issuance of documents • the connection with POS • the electronic invoicing.

The subsidy is provided through digital vouchers and covers 90%-100% of the expenses for the following categories:
- Category 1: Procurement or replacement of POS with a maximum subsidy of €75 per POS and with a subsidy rate of 100%.
- Category 3: Electronic invoicing providers and invoicing software with a subsidy amount ranging from €300 to €900 depending on the turnover and with a subsidy rate of 100%.
- Category 4: Upgrade of Cash Register Systems & Non-Individual Tax Registration Number for integration with EFT/POS with a maximum funding amount of €112.5 per unit and a subsidy rate of 90%.
- Category 5: Procurement of a new cash register system or replacement of existing cash register systems (except for food service businesses) with a subsidy amount of €380 per unit and a subsidy rate of 100%.
- Category 6: Acquisition of a new cash register system or replacement of a fiscal device (POS or VAT receipt or electronic cash register), specifically for catering businesses with a subsidy amount of €380 per unit and a subsidy rate of 100%.
- Category 7: Upgrades, software improvements, and technical support for POS with a subsidy amount of €75 per POS at a subsidy rate of 100%.

The Program is open for electronic application submission from Monday, June 23, until Friday, July 11, 2025, while approved beneficiaries will be able to make eligible purchases until September 12, 2025, through the issuance of digital vouchers.
The EPSILON NET Group and all of its subsidiary companies, as approved Suppliers of the Program, have created all the necessary structures and support mechanisms to ensure the immediate and effective service of their customers, both in the application submission process and in the selection of the appropriate products and services for each business.

- Approved solutions in POS, in electronic billing provider services, and in billing software, offered by the EPSILON NET Group and responding to the enhanced categories of expenses.
