The EPSILON NET Group proudly announces its distinction as Best Workplaces™ for Women Hellas 2023, following its participation in the annual Trust Index© work environment survey and its Certification by the Great Place to Work® Hellas organization. This is a particularly important distinction, coming from a special institution that takes place for the first time in Greece and aims to promote the contribution of modern woman in the development of entrepreneurship.
EPSILON NET Group proves, in fact, its commitment to gender equality and respect for diversity, as 97% of employees state that they are treated fairly regardless of gender, 47% of the workforce consists of women and 44% of high-level positions are held by women.
