Company

Avax was established 40 years ago, starting its operation in planning and manufacturing home furniture. Through its course it cooperated with the largest firms in Europe and America, including Fendi, Poltrona Frau, Ralph Lauren, Baker, Dedon, Christopher Guy, representing them exclusively at the Avax shops. Today, the company owns three shops. It is mainly an imports company, but also operates a furniture manufacturing department. In the future it aims to increase its production and reduce imports.

Need

Wishing to upgrade its functionality and take the next step to the new digital area, Avax trusted the Epsilon Net Group of Companies as its strategic partner in its digital transformation, choosing PYLON ERP. The goals of the project were central supervision, optimization and complete automation of all Avax business processes, focusing on receipt-shipping and warehouse management (WMS) as well as financial management. More specifically, emphasis was given to the following:
i) automation of Sales processes and reduction of entry registration time
ii) 360° monitoring of Sales and Purchases,
iii) direct stock reservation and timely stock replenishment,
iv) control of warehouse financial cost.

Solution

The PYLON ERP innovation is reflected to its technological “intelligence” of providing integrated solutions, effectively covering the need of a modern company. PYLON ERP integrates in a uniform database all company operations, helping the company monitor the entire range of the supply chain, including: Warehouse, Purchases, Sales, Production, CRM, Financial & Accounting, Warehouse Management.

Benefits

By utilizing the PYLON ERP solution, Avax proceeded to automating critical commercial and accounting processes, ensuring at the same time complete control of sales, production and warehouse. In addition, the company reduced its operating expenses, benefiting from instant access to data related to expected-reserved quantities, outworks, stock and pricing policy and prices and payment history, in full harmonization with the electronic books requirements. At the same time, through CRM actions, including registration of potential customers, creation of offers, sales orders and direct stock reservation, an automated process was created, used as a tool for sellers and as high-end customer service throughout the purchase and after sales process.
Also, receipt-shipping and warehouse management, with approximately 2,500 shelves, as well as balance monitoring towards customers provide direct information and optimal ordering, resulting to lower stock in commodities and improved management of monthly and annual needs. By operating the new system, the company Administration has all the important information it needs at any moment and in real time, through a user-friendly platform.
