The event was organised by Boussias Events, under the auspices of the Hellenic-Dutch Association of Commerce and Industry (HeDA).

During the conference, Konstantinos Chatzigeorgiou, AI & CRM Products Manager at EPSILON SINGULARLOGIC, took part in a Fireside Chat with Panagiotis Marketos, Business Editor, titled “The Autonomous ERP – Transitioning from Passive Data to Active AI Agents”. The discussion explored the concept of Agentic ERP and how it is reshaping ERP systems from passive systems of record into active environments of action, where AI Agents can support users, suggest and generate actions, and help automate business workflows.
The discussion also addressed key issues such as the secure use of AI Agents in ERP and CRM environments, the need for a gradual and structured adoption of AI by businesses, and the readiness of the Greek market to integrate AI capabilities into everyday workflows. It also highlighted the practical benefits for ERP users, who can work with AI agents to reduce repetitive tasks, make better use of their data and reach faster, more informed decisions. Reference was also made to the role of the Configuration Agent, which can take on a significant part of the effort, allowing consultants to focus on the actual business objective.
