Hondos Center is enhancing its customer experience with solutions from the EPSILON NET Group.

The iQom RetailStudio, a top-tier retail solution, and Epsilon Digital, the certified e-invoicing provider, are elevating customer experience in the retail industry!

EPSILON NET Group in collaboration with iQom, a subsidiary of Epsilon SingularLogic and part of the EPSILON NET Group, the have upgraded Hondos Center’s technology infrastructure. This integration of the advanced iQom RetailStudio and Epsilon Digital e-invoicing solution has transformed the way Hondos Center stores operate, significantly improving the overall customer experience.

Since its founding in 1967, Hondos Center has grown to 75 stores across Greece and is widely recognized as the leading retail network in the Greek market. The company is also one of the largest beauty and cosmetics chains in Europe. To create a unique shopping destination for its customers, Hondos Center needed a solution that would seamlessly connect its physical and online stores. By adopting a unified management system, the company aims to offer consistent and exceptional shopping experience to its customers.

The project that was implemented includes a complete retail solution, which integrates all store functions into a user-friendly platform. This includes centralized transaction management, flexibility in retail processes, faster transactions with touch-screen POS, and the integration of e-invoicing with the myDATA platform.

As a result, Hondos Center now enjoys a range of benefits that boost its competitiveness, such as:
