As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve sales target.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers over the telephone in order to present them Enterprise Software products or solutions
- Generate promising leads and direct them to the sales team
- Keep and update customer information in the database
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and needs
- Maintain good relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as telesales representative
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRM software
- Ability to learn about software products and describe them
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field will be an asset
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (including both verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
