The first phase of the digital transformation<\/strong> of PINDOS Ioannina Agricultural Poultry Cooperative <\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>was successfully completed, marking a major milestone in one of the most demanding IT projects within the agri-food sector in Greece. The implementation was based on the advanced <\/strong>PYLON HYBRID platform<\/strong><\/a> by Epsilon SingularLogic<\/strong>, reaffirming both parties\u2019 commitment to technological innovation with tangible impact on PINDOS\u2019 day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n

With a history of over 67 years and a leading position in the Greek agri-food industry, PINDOS demonstrates through this strategic investment that innovation and technology are core pillars of its sustainable development strategy. As part of the project’s first phase, the following key actions were implemented:<\/p>\n

  • Design of the overall cloud architecture and migration plan<\/strong>, including the alignment of historical and master data with the new system structure.<\/li>\n
  • Adoption of best practices <\/strong>and operational models in the following areas:<\/li>\n
  • Financial and Commercial Management (ERP)<\/li>\n
  • Procurement and Supply Management<\/li>\n
  • Production Planning (MRP) and Quality Control (QC)<\/li>\n
  • Warehouse and Distribution Management (WMS)<\/li>\n
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing<\/li>\n
  • Ecommerce solutions (B2B, B2C, Mobile distribution, xVan, Merchandising)<\/li>\n
  • End-to-end production cycle, including Producer Network, Hatchery, Slaughterhouse, Fertilizer Unit, and Feed Mill<\/li>\n
  • Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information Systems (MIS) for effective decision support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This integrated approach provides PINDOS with real-time visibility and control over every stage of the production chain, ensuring high standards in quality, traceability, and speed from farm to final consumer.
