Data Communication<\/strong>, a member of the EPSILON NET Group<\/strong> and a Strategic Partner of Microsoft, organized with great success on Thursday, 28th March 2024, on its premises, the event \u201cCloud it Up: Driving Business Growth Together with Dynamics 365 Business Central<\/strong>\u201d. This event was held with the support of Microsoft and comprised a unique opportunity for over 50 company representatives to explore the latest updates in the field of Technology and to discover how Microsoft Dynamics 365<\/strong><\/a> solutions, especially the Hellenization of Dynamics 365 Business Central with Data Communication as a partner, will improve their business performance.<\/p>\n

This event was comprised of two main thematic sections. In the first section \u00abTogether We Unlock Your Business Potential<\/strong>\u00bb the audience was welcomed by Nikolas Tsirgelis, General Manager of Data Communication, who highlighted the Group\u2019s vision together with the investment, which is accomplished in the Microsoft business software unit. A significant point of the unit was the presentation of Haris Kampanis, Business Applications Director, CEMA, Microsoft, with topic \u00abImpact of Generative AI in Customer Experience<\/strong>\u00bb, who highlighted Microsoft\u2019s innovation and how the Microsoft CoPilot leverages artificial intelligence (AI), offering Dynamics 365 application users these tools, which enhance their productivity and eliminate errors.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The audience\u2019s interest was also gathered by the panel\u2019s discussion entitled \u00abThe Path to Digital Transformation | Challenges, Exploring New Trends, Evolution Culture and Strategies<\/strong>\u00bb, which was attended by: Maria Papazilaki, CTO & Board Member of EVROFARMA, Christos Koutsocheras, Microsoft Stat & Tax Controller Greece, Cyprus & Malta and Alexandros Pragalos, Chief Accountant of STH. The discussion focused on the challenges faced by Greek Entrepreneurship in today\u2019s local and international competitive environment. At the same time, it was also interesting the presentation of the participants\u2019 experiences in the Panel, focused on how their own organizations, by utilizing modern Dynamics 365 technologies and by using Data Communication\u2019s services, they accomplished to respond to the daily digital challenges and to ensure their constant business continuity.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
