Following this acquisition, the <strong>parent company of EPSILON NET Group<\/strong> becomes the sole shareholder of <strong>Epsilon HR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, <strong>EPSILON NET<\/strong> purchased from the minority shareholders, Savvas Protopapas and Stella Protopapa, a total of 8,750 shares corresponding to <strong>35%<\/strong> of the total shares of <strong>Epsilon HR SA<\/strong>, for the amount of <strong>\u20ac4,000,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Epsilon HR<\/strong> is <strong>the leading<\/strong> IT company in the Greek market in the field of developing <strong>Integrated Payroll and Human Resource Management Solutions<\/strong>. The company&#8217;s turnover for the year 2022 amounted to <strong>\u20ac10.48 million<\/strong> with EBITDA of <strong>\u20ac1.46 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The company serves more than <strong>6,000 customers<\/strong>, including the majority of medium and large enterprises in the Greek market. The complete product lines of the company fully meet the requirements of the <strong>complex Greek legislation<\/strong> and include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payroll Systems<\/li>\n<li>HRM Systems<\/li>\n<li>Integrated Time Attendance Solutions<\/li>\n<li>Digital Work Card Applications<\/li>\n<li>Web Employee Self-Service Solutions (ESS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\nA significant impact on the company&#8217;s revenues is expected from the gradual implementation, in all Greek businesses employing staff, of the <strong>Digital Work Card <\/strong>system and the mandatory interconnection with the <strong>ERGANI II<\/strong> information system.
