The company has extensive experience in <strong>e-Commerce<\/strong>, both in Construction \/ Optimization and in promotion, offering a full range of solutions, depending on the goals of each enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>The company operates throughout Greece, employs 32 specialized employees and specializes in the following sectors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>E-Shop &amp; e-Market Solutions<\/li>\n<li>Web Design &amp; Development<\/li>\n<li>Advanced e-Commerce Solutions<\/li>\n<li>B2B Platform<\/li>\n<li>Performance Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Digital Branding<\/li>\n<li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During the 9 years of operation, <strong>DIGITAL4U<\/strong> has managed to attract some of the most popular brands in the Greek market and to introduce <strong>innovative solutions<\/strong> in the constantly evolving field of online marketing. Also, the company has been <strong>awarded<\/strong>, both in international and domestic competitions for its work in <strong>e-Commerce<\/strong> and <strong>SEO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nDIGITAL4U&#8217;s<\/strong> turnover for the financial year 2021 amounted to <strong>EUR 1.36 million<\/strong>, increased by <strong>27%<\/strong> compared to 2020, while the estimated EBITDA amounted to <strong>EUR 229 thousand<\/strong>, up <strong>75%<\/strong> compared to 2020.The company on 31\/12\/2021, had <strong>zero bank lending<\/strong> while its cash reserves stood at <strong>EUR 314 thousand<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EPSILON NET<\/strong> will acquire <strong>51%<\/strong> of DIGITAL4U.
