{"id":15678,"date":"2023-05-02T13:12:41","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T10:12:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/devenet.epsu.gr\/epsilon-net-acquisition-of-60-of-the-it-company-quot-netera-quot\/"},"modified":"2023-05-02T13:18:19","modified_gmt":"2023-05-02T10:18:19","slug":"epsilon-net-acquisition-of-60-of-the-it-company-quot-netera-quot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epsilonnet.gr\/en\/epsilon-net-acquisition-of-60-of-the-it-company-quot-netera-quot\/","title":{"rendered":"EPSILON NET: Acquisition of 60% of the IT company &#8220;NETERA&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>EPSILON NET<\/strong> announces the completion of the acquisition of a 60% majority stake in <strong>&#8220;NETERA L.P.&#8221;<\/strong>, which is exclusively active in the development and provision of specialized IT solutions for businesses in the hotel sector (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.netera.gr\">www.netera.gr<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The company supports with its solutions more than <strong>800 hotels &amp; tourist accommodation<\/strong>, providing comprehensive training and support services to end customers.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the company based in Athens, through the utilization of web-cloud technologies and innovative processes of easy customization, offers the following systems to tourist units throughout Greece:<\/p>\n<p>\u2713 On premise property management information system (PMS)<br \/>\n\u2713 On cloud PMS<br \/>\n\u2713 Electronic invoicing system for small accommodation<\/p>\n<p>According to the data of the financial year 2022, <strong>sales<\/strong> amounted to <strong>241,000 euros<\/strong>, while <strong>net profitability<\/strong> is more than <strong>75% of its turnover<\/strong>. At the same time, the company has <strong>zero borrowing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The total consideration for the acquisition of <strong>60% of the company<\/strong> amounted to <strong>700 thousand. euros,<\/strong> while an EARN OUT BONUS payment is provided depending on the results of its business plan.
