{"id":13087,"date":"2023-04-21T17:54:44","date_gmt":"2023-04-21T14:54:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/devenet.epsu.gr\/continuation-of-the-group-s-growth-course-with-a-47-sales-increase-in-q1-of-2023\/"},"modified":"2024-10-17T18:11:36","modified_gmt":"2024-10-17T15:11:36","slug":"continuation-of-the-group-s-growth-course-with-a-47-sales-increase-in-q1-of-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epsilonnet.gr\/en\/continuation-of-the-group-s-growth-course-with-a-47-sales-increase-in-q1-of-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Continuation of the Group&#8217;s growth course, with a 47% Sales increase in Q1 of 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>EPSILON NET S.A.<\/strong>\u00a0held on Thursday, April 20, via teleconference, the\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Annual Analyst Briefing&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0in which the Group&#8217;s Financial Results for the fiscal year 2022 were presented to analysts, institutional and other investors.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, the Group recorded an increase in\u00a0<strong>Turnover<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>49%<\/strong>, with sales amounting to \u20ac 75.11 mln. vs. \u20ac 50.51 mln. last year.\u00a0<strong>EBITDA\u00a0<\/strong>amounted to \u20ac 25.05 mln. vs. \u20ac 15.09 mln. for the previous year, recording an increase of\u00a0<strong>66%.\u00a0<\/strong>Finally,\u00a0<strong>Net Profit\u00a0<\/strong>increased by\u00a0<strong>70%<\/strong>\u00a0to \u20ac 18.30 mln. vs. \u20ac 10.78 mln. in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that\u00a0<strong>organic growth<\/strong>\u00a0for this period was over\u00a0<strong>60%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Group&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Cash Reserves<\/strong>\u00a0in 2022 amounted to\u00a0<strong>\u20ac 26.65 mln<\/strong>., Long-term borrowing amounts to \u20ac7.82 mln., Short-term borrowing at \u20ac 8.63 mln. and the\u00a0<strong>positive net cash at \u20ac 6.37 min.<\/strong>, while Group&#8217;s Equity in 2022 amounted to\u00a0<strong>\u20ac 58.30 mln<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outlook for 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Management&#8217;s assessment for 2023 is that the Group&#8217;s companies will continue to play a leading role in the\u00a0<strong>digital transformation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>of the private sector<\/strong>\u00a0of the Greek economy. The Group&#8217;s goal is to further expand the wide acceptance of the products and services of its portfolio and to achieve significant growth in Turnover, profitability and customer base through\u00a0<strong>organic growth<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>new acquisitions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, was announced that consolidated sales in\u00a0<strong>Q1 of 2023<\/strong>\u00a0recorded an increase of\u00a0<strong>47%<\/strong>, reflecting the momentum developed by the Group in all markets in which it operates.<\/p>\n<p>The main pillars of sales development will be based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the evolution of the portfolio of products and services in the fields of\u00a0<strong>Business Software, eCommerce and Fintech\u00a0<\/strong>(in collaboration with NBG)<\/li>\n<li>strengthening the integrated value-added ecosystem and providing an\u00a0<strong>&#8220;all in one solution&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0for end customers<\/li>\n<li>the continuous increase of\u00a0<strong>&#8220;final revenue per customer&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the gradual development of sales abroad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Group estimates that investments by Greek businesses in the field of\u00a0<strong>digital transformation<\/strong>\u00a0are expected to\u00a0<strong>intensify<\/strong>\u00a0due to\u00a0<strong>the provision of incentives<\/strong>\u00a0through\u00a0<strong>the financial programs of the<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>RECOVERY FUND<\/strong>\u00a0for the private sector and the new\u00a0<strong>NSRF 2021-2027<\/strong>\u00a0(which started on 15\/02\/2023 with new aid of \u20ac 300 mln).<\/p>\n<p>Concluding the presentation, Group&#8217;s management estimated that based on the successful execution of the business plan in 2022, the positive results in Q1 of 2023 and the expected benefits from the strategic partnership with NBG, the foundations have been laid for the\u00a0<strong>Group&#8217;s<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>new growth cycle in Greece and abroad for 2023-2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EPSILON NET S.A.\u00a0held on Thursday, April 20, via teleconference, the\u00a0&#8220;Annual Analyst Briefing&#8221;\u00a0in which the Group&#8217;s Financial Results for the fiscal year 2022 were presented to analysts, institutional and other investors.
