in \u201cSINGULARLOGIC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS S.A.\u201d (\u201cSINGULARLOGIC\u201d) by the investment scheme \u201cEPSILON NET\u201d and \u201cSPACE HELLAS\u201d by signing today the transfer deed for the entire stake held by \u201cMARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A.\u201d (\u201cMIG\u201d) directly and indirectly (through its wholly owned subsidiary \u201cTOWER TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS (OVERSEAS) LIMITED\u201d) in SINGULARLOGIC.&#8221;;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEPSILON NET\u201d <\/strong>hereby announces, further to the Announcements dated 21\/10\/2020, 30\/11\/2020 and 30\/12\/2020, the successful completion of the purchase process regarding the participation of <strong>\u201cMARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A.\u201d (\u201cMIG\u201d) in \u201cSINGULARLOGIC INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS S.A.\u201d (\u201cSINGULARLOGIC\u201d)<\/strong> by the investment scheme <strong>\u201cEPSILON NET\u201d and \u201cSPACE HELLAS\u201d<\/strong> by signing today the transfer deed for the entire stake held by \u201cMARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A.\u201d (\u201cMIG\u201d) directly and indirectly (through its wholly owned subsidiary \u201cTOWER TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS (OVERSEAS) LIMITED\u201d) in SINGULARLOGIC. <\/p>\n<p>As already announced the total consideration of the transaction, including the consideration for the transfer of the shares and the consideration for the transfer of <strong>SINGULARLOGIC\u2019s loan liabilities towards PIRAEUS BANK, amounted to \u20ac18,050,000 <\/strong>and was fully paid by the buyers. <\/p>\n<p>SINGULARLOGIC was transferred free of loan liabilities towards PIRAEUS BANK and MIG, while on 31\/12\/2020 its cash stood at approximately
