meeting on April 16, 2020, decided to elect Ms. Aikaterini Daskalopoulou as the new non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, -to replace Mr. Spyridon Pampoukidis who resigned-, for the rest of the term of office of the Company\u2019s BoD, ie until 11\/15\/2024.<\/p>\n<p>The election of the new member of the Board of Directors in accordance with Law 4548\/2018- (article 82 par. 1), will be announced at the next General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently, the new Board of Directors of the Company is, as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u0399\u039fANNIS
